Meckwell to Expand Production Capacity with New 5,000 m² Manufacturing Facility

Meckwell has broken ground on a new 5,000 m² manufacturing facility adjacent to its existing plant in Tianjin, China. Scheduled for commissioning in Q4 2025, the expansion will double Meckwell’s annual ESP system output capacity and house dedicated lines for high‐volume motor winding, precision pump assembly, and cable extrusion.

Expansion Features:

  • State-of-the-Art CNC Machining Center:Installation of five new 5-axis CNC machines capable of producing tight‐tolerance impellers, diffuser segments, and motor shafts within ± 0.01 mm accuracy.
  • Automated Motor Winding:A fully automated winding line will increase winding throughput by 50% while reducing human error and ensuring consistent coil tension.
  • Clean-Room Testing Laboratories:Two new ISO Class 7 laboratories for pressure, thermal, and vibration testing of ESP components, enabling simultaneous qualification of up to 40 pump assemblies.

This investment reflects Meckwell’s strategy to address surging global demand for reliable ESP solutions, particularly in emerging markets such as Latin America and Southeast Asia.
